On Commitment

I want to spend a moment to talk about Commitment. A word used every day, by our family and friends and especially in the working environment.

A word which because of the fear in failing to commit we fail to excel and push ourselves out there.

What is commitment. Merely a word with no meaning. Yes and No. In the language of God and the present moment a meaningless word, however from a social standpoint and especially a working standpoint to commit is to dedicate to a project till the end.

So many of us in life start off by saying I want to commit to losing weight for example, and then after a period of time they then start putting the pounds straight on. In this context I ask you to look to change your wording of what you commit to. To lose weight is not definitive enough, you unconscious is not playing any game here, it just knows “lose weight” which holds no meaning.

Why not reword it for yourself and commit to losing 3 stone over the next 12 months. Now this is definitive. You have told yourself the amount of weight you want to lose and by when you want to lose it. Simple. Now you can take the role of commitment more playfully and naturally.

When you have your end result set and your goal is definitive you path the way for natural commitment. The world commitment will not even be a word in your vocabulary as it will run in the background of your unconscious as sub text.

I will soon be setting up a Q&A for you all to pose your questions family, work, relationship, health, social, fear, nervousness problems situations however in the meantime if you have any questions feel free to email me and I will endeavour to answer them. All emails received will be treated with anonymity.

Go out there in the world and commit to being the best you can be. Compare yourself to no man/woman as comparison is merely your own prison.

Live your dream,

Consigno
